EverPaw Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to love every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Please retain your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Grooming tools and clippers that have made contact with pets
  • Pet beds and plush items that show signs of use

How to Start a Return Email us at msstrategicsolutionsllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or isn't working as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, return the original and place a new order.
